Emily Rea has been a teacher in the public school system for 12 years. Mrs. Rea graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS in May 2004. She has taught choral music and general music to Pre-k through 12th grade. She began teaching music in the Winfield City School District in August of 2014. In addition to music she began teaching Enrichment in 2017.

Mrs. Rea is married to Deric Rea, Pastor at Winfield Church of God as well as a bus driver for the Winfield City Schools. They have two children, Ava and Ella Rea. Both of their daughters attend Winfield Elementary School.
