These outstanding young men will join student leaders from across the state to explore government, develop leadership skills, and engage in hands-on civic experiences.

WCHS Key Club worked hard sprucing up the courtyard flower beds today. This annual service project not only makes the campus beautiful, but teaches our students the importance of giving back to their school. At the December 2024 board meeting, it was voted to move the PD day on April 24th to April 18th . April 18th will be a PD day for faculty; students will be out of school. April 24th will be a regular school day.
Seniors & Parents: Winfield City High School will host a FAFSA help event in the library on Wednesday, January 8th, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Parents will need to bring 2023 tax information. This application qualifies students for Pell Grant, loans, work-study programs, and other types of financial aid for college, and many scholarships require that the FAFSA be submitted. Submitting the FAFSA is now a graduation requirement for all high school seniors in the state.
9th grade students - you don't want to miss this. Deadline to return permission slip is Tuesday, Oct 1.
