Winfield City Schools Fall Festival is Thursday, Oct. 24 at Ivan K. Hill Park from 5 - 8 p.m. A pep rally will conclude the night at 8 p.m., as we get the Pirates ready for their game Friday night against Hale County.

The Volleyball Region Tourney starts at 3 PM on Monday, 10-21-19, at Carbon Hill. We will allow any WCHS students who want to attend the tournament to check out through the main office at 2:15 PM. Students will need to sign in with Mr. Thomley once they arrive at the tournament for the absence not to be counted. Any student who doesn’t sign in will have their checkout voided and they will be assigned ISS for 2 days. They will also receive an unexcused absence. We will treat this the same as skipping class/school. Have a restful weekend and GO PIRATES!!!

WCHS will providing a bus to take students to Hamilton BSCC to take these classes. This is for 2nd semeseter. I will be happy to help you complete the scholarship application if you are interested. We would have to change your schedule 2nd semester to free up 1st & 2nd period.
