This is a message from Winfield City Schools. Friday, October 21, 2022 will be a virtual school day for students. Faculty and staff will report to Winfield Elementary School at 8:00. Monday, October 24, 2022 will be a Fall Break holiday for Winfield City Schools.

WMS-Students that want to attend the area volleyball game at Carbon Hill High School Wednesday can bring a checkout note and check out at 2 PM. You will be required to bring back a ticket stub or take a selfie of yourself and the Carbon Hill High School gymnasium. The game starts at 3:15. This is the area tournament which determines if our volleyball team advances.

Winfield City Schools will honor our veterans at a Veterans Day Program on Thursday, November 10 @ 9am. Veterans are invited for breakfast snacks in the high school library at 8:30 am

Wednesday, Oct. 12 all 10th graders will take the PreACT. Students should arrive on time and report to the testing room.
Volleyball Area tournament begins Wednesday at Carbon Hill.

Tomorrow's Winfield vs. Northridge game information. Northridge DOES NOT take cash at the gate. The link to GoFan for this game is https://gofan.co/app/events/698679?schoolId=AL73172. Northridge will have card readers if fans would like to purchase tickets with either credit or debit cards at the gate. Fans can search for Northridge Middle School on GoFan and select the Winfield game for their tickets.

Reminder: Today is a 60% day, which means that PreK will dismiss at 11:15, K will dismiss at 11:30 for car riders, grades 1-4 will dismiss at 11:45 for car riders, and buses will dismiss at 11:45.
