Mrs. Burleson's high school students recently read "The Scarlet Ibis" by James Hurst—a powerful short story about love, pride, and the fragility of life. After diving deep into the text, they channeled their creativity into beautiful, thoughtful drawings that represent key story elements. They did a fantastic job!
