The Journeys 21st Century Community Learning Center is now registering students for the Summer Program. This program is for students who will be in Grades K-8 next school year. Please complete this survey if your child would be able to attend this program with provided transportation. The dates of the program are June 1, 2021 – July 1, 2021. The hours are 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Fun enrichment activities and field trips have been planned. The National Honor Society induction is tomorrow at 10:00 at the WCHS gym. Parents and grandparents are invited.

Congratulations to the Boys Golf Team for their 1st place finish in 3A Section 4 Golf Meet today. Moving on to sub-state next week.

Congratulations to the golf team for winning the Marion County meet today! Congratulations to Elliott Overton (Medalist), Brody Cook, Connor Cook and Graham Bradford for making the All-Tournament Team.

Winfield will play Hokes bluff at home Friday April 23, at home at 4:30 and 7, and if needed, Saturday April 24, at 1 in the first round of the baseball playoffs. Tickets will be sold on gofan and opens Thursday April 22, at 11 am.

Congratulations to Andrew Stovall for bring selected as the 3A Region 5 Bryant Jordan Student Achievement Winner, and Ty Weeks for being named 3A Region 5 Bryant Jordan Scholar Athlete. Ty was also named the overall Class 3A Scholar Athlete.

Winfield High School Pirata Vitae Winterguard Bronze Medalists at SCGC Winterguard Championships. This team also competed in WGI( Winter Guard International) through a virtual submission and was promoted to a higher performance class. Congratulations on a successful season!
